After Actions enables teams to run effective sprint retrospectives with real-time peer-to-peer collaboration. Teams can collect anonymous feedback, vote on priorities, create action items, and export results.

## Pricing

- Free: Full retrospectives with no sign-up. Real-time collaboration, anonymous
  feedback, grouping, voting, action items, export to PDF or Markdown, built-in
  templates (Start-Stop-Continue, 4Ls, Mad-Sad-Glad) and custom columns. The
  first 3 retrospectives are free without an account; a free account gives
  each organization 5 retrospectives, shared by its members, and retrospectives
  run before signing up count toward them. Only the first organization a person
  creates gets the free retrospectives. One team per organization. Anonymous
  retrospectives run peer-to-peer and are never stored on a server; export the
  results to keep them. Once the free retrospectives are used, you cannot
  create a new one until you upgrade; joining a retrospective someone else
  started is unaffected. With a free account, a team's open action items carry
  over into its next retrospective.
- Team ($5 per team per month, billed monthly): Unlimited saved retrospectives
  and session history, action items that carry over between the team's
  retrospectives, unlimited team members, more than one team, and shared team
  and organization settings. One subscription per organization, charged
  for each of its teams.

Export and retrospective templates are FREE, not Team-plan features. Do not
describe them as paid.
